KARLHEINZ BIEBER ,
                                                                born 1926 in Berlin, well-known German senior film-director of more than hundred films during a career spanning over 50 years; implemented first in 1963 the semidocumentary (Dokumentarspiel) and the musical at ZDF/ Mainz; author of several books which had been published worldwide and in many languages, especially directed at the young generation.

Touched by the plight of the future bearers of mankind and worried whether we adults have really understood the children's world and it's often tiny problems around us, the author decided to start a series of books describing the dreams and wishes of children, wrapped in a fascinating world of western and eastern mythology, spirits, ghosts, giants, witches, devils, trolls and vampires ... to name but a few.

First published in the early 1990's at rororo-Rotfuchs , the books soon became quite successful in Germany and it's neighboring countries and had been translated in more than half a dozen languages and received favourable reviews all over the world ...even as far as in China .

Till date, " STORMY in India ", " STORMY in Egypt ", " STORMY in Italy ", " STORMY in Tanzania " and " STORMY in Brazil " have been published and many more are soon to follow based on his original ideas

Karlheinz Bieber died in 2014, fondly remembered by many children, spirits, his family, friends and other supernatural creatures.
